WOULD YOU JUMP?

Leah couldn’t resist the offer to skydive with some of the world’s best military parachuting teams. Her cameraman, Nick Porter, had the real challenge of trying to catch it all on tape from 10,000 feet (with audio!) Talk about a one take wonder.

QATAR WORLD CUP 2022

Doha featured the world's first fully reusable FIFA World Cup football stadium. The containers used to build it were shipped to other countries after the games to make new, smaller stadiums. Al Jazeera's Leah Harding was at the site when some of the first shipments arrived.

COVID HEROES

Behind the coronavirus outbreak in China, thousands of nurses—primarily women—have endured tremendous sacrifices.

ETHIOPIA COUP ATTEMPT

Leah was the first international correspondent to go live in Ethiopia during the attempted coup in 2019. During the uprising, Ethiopia’s military chief and four other government officials were killed. The Prime Minister called those responsible ‘mercenaries’.
